Though all possible efforts will be done to provide best possible services : but due to the vast geographical conditions: linguistic diversities : nature of service to be provided and so on : we may or may be able to provide the services at pre decided rates and venues .

That in case of any loss due to theft : fire : or any natural calamities we will be in no way held responsible.

That in case of any mishap : death during hospitalisation while under our service we will not be liable for any legal actions .

That all expenditures due to hospitalisation by our caretaker will have to be borne by the service -seeker .

That the nature of services are such that we will have to outsource the man power . While we will ensure all possible precautions to ensure secure man power : we will in no way responsible for their misdeeds if any .
That all disputes whatsoever will be under the jurisdiction of shimla district .
